College Writing Boot Camp for High School Juniors & Seniors
Give your high school student the confidence and skills to stand out during the college admissions process. Hosted by Julian’s Pen at Creative Roots, this admission essay workshop provides expert guidance to help students write compelling, authentic essays for college and scholarship applications.
Throughout the program, students will learn how to analyze essay prompts, brainstorm meaningful topics, write engaging introductions, develop a professional voice, and revise their work with personalized feedback. Each participant will receive individual instructor conferences and complete a polished Common Application personal essay that can be adapted for additional college and scholarship applications.

Who: High School Juniors & Seniors
Dates: Saturdays, August 22 – September 19, 2026 (No class September 5 – Labor Day Weekend)
Time: 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM
Cost: $165
Materials: All materials are provided.
This workshop is ideal for students who want personalized support throughout the college essay writing process. Families needing one-on-one instruction or flexible scheduling are encouraged to inquire about individual coaching. Spaces are limited, so register early.
